2007 E350 Used Purchase

Hey everyone, I’ve lined up a purchase for a 2007 E350 with 101,000 km (63,000 miles) on it here in Canada for $10,000. It is in great shape, drives well, good maintenance record but I’m wondering if the balance shaft issue is enough of a worry to steer me away? I know besides that issue this year of the W211 has glowing ratings for reliability and durability so I’m seeking input from anyone with insight. What does the community think? Thanks!
